Hedge Hollow is the story of Emily Greenhorn. One day while waiting for her parents to finish preparing for a family photograph, she decides to explore the hedges that separate their yard from the neighbors. Upon returning home to change her torn and dirty clothes she notices that her family is nowhere to be found, and encounters Spencer and his compatriot, the mysterious Mr. Boggles, who inform her that they have been taken “a very, very long way from home.”
